Consultation/ Training

We offer private consultations, which could include 2 to 6 hour professional development trainings (similar to what is offered in our other workshops) that is specifically geared for Board members, executive teams, staff members who desire to improve or expand on making their operations or services more “Deaf-centered” on internal and/ or external levels. Discussions could focus on how to analyze and/or realize organizational effectiveness by moving away from the medicalization view of Deaf people and incorporate Deafhood principles in their practices.
