Ice Cream Social Kick Off

MDHAC is proud to present Daniel Perez-Martinez, a Deaf artist from El Salvador, who moved to the U.S. in 2021 and now lives in Parsons, KS. With over ten years of experience, he creates children's book illustrations, murals, teaches art, and works as a tattoo artist. He is being honored as a featured guest during the next Deaf Culture Day in Kansas City! Come join us and meet Daniel as he shares his experiences, cultural backgrounds, fluency in Salvadoran Sign Language, and journey in learning American Sign Language.
In partnership with the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, Kansas School for the Deaf, and The Whole Person, this event is free! If you would like to make a donation during the ice cream social, a suggested gift of $10 or more will be gladly accepted to support MDHAC’s programming and operations, including free museum admissions.

Con más de diez años de experiencia, crea ilustraciones para libros infantiles, murales, enseña arte y trabaja como tatuador. Será honrado como invitado destacado durante el próximo Día de la Cultura Sorda en Kansas City. ¡Únete a nosotros y conoce a Daniel mientras comparte sus experiencias, antecedentes culturales, fluidez en el Lenguaje de Señas Salvadoreño y su camino en el aprendizaje del Lenguaje de Señas Americano!
En colaboración con el Museo de Arte Nelson-Atkins, la Escuela para Sordos de Kansas y The Whole Person, ¡este evento es gratuito! Có lần mình đang đọc dở một bài tổng hợp thì thấy tg88 xuất hiện giữa phần trao đổi, nên tiện bấm vào xem thử cho biết. Mình chỉ xem nhanh để cảm nhận cách trình bày chung chứ chưa đi sâu nội dung. Ấn tượng ban đầu là cách sắp xếp khá rõ ràng, nhìn tổng thể dễ theo dõi và không gây rối.
Mình có lần lướt đọc mấy trao đổi trên mạng thì thấy nhắc tới GO8 nên cũng tò mò mở ra xem thử cho biết. Mình không tìm hiểu sâu, chỉ xem qua trong thời gian ngắn để nhìn bố cục và cách sắp xếp nội dung tổng thể. Cảm giác là trình bày khá gọn, các mục rõ ràng nên đọc lướt cũng không bị rối, với mình như vậy là đủ để nắm thông tin cơ bản rồi.

Ban đầu cũng chỉ định lướt nhanh cho biết, chủ yếu để xem cách trình bày có dễ nhìn không. Ấn tượng đầu tiên là bố cục khá gọn gàng, các mục được sắp xếp rõ ràng nên nhìn tổng thể rất dễ theo dõi, không bị rối mắt.

There was a time when I was halfway through reading a compilation article and suddenly noticed BK33 appearing in the middle of the discussion, so I casually clicked on it to check it out. I only skimmed through it to get a sense of the overall presentation rather than diving deeply into the content. My initial impression was that the layout was quite clear, easy to follow at a glance, and not overwhelming.
